Not happy? Email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the same email address you used to purchase. Include:
- Your purchase email (so we can find the order)
- Optionally, a short note on why — this helps us improve the product, but it's not required
We'll confirm the refund and process it within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What's eligible
- Any purchase of CrushWatch, regardless of whether you downloaded or installed the plugin.
- Requests made within 14 calendar days of the purchase timestamp on your receipt.
What's not eligible
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- Cases where we've identified fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to resell / redistribute the plugin.
- Your Claude Pro subscription — that's a separate product from Anthropic, billed by them, and governed by Anthropic's terms. Contact Anthropic for Claude-related refunds.
Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please email us first — we'd much rather fix it or refund you directly than deal with a bank dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed using our records of delivery (email sent, download link issued).
