does this work on Windows?
Yep. As long as Claude Desktop runs on your computer, CrushWatch works — Mac, Windows, Linux all fine. The setup video shows Mac, but the steps are identical.
can I use it without a laptop?
You need a laptop somewhere — that's where the scan actually runs. But once it's set up, check from your phone via Dispatch (text "check now" or "what's new" from anywhere). The laptop has to be on with Claude running, but you can be anywhere.
does it work when my laptop is closed?
It checks once a day when your laptop is open and Claude is running. Just open your laptop in the morning and the report shows up.
how often does it scan?
Once a day, automatically. Default is 9am, but you can pick any time during setup. You can also say "check now" anytime to scan on demand.
how many people can I track?
Unlimited. Crush, bestie, ex, your boyfriend's situationship — track them all. One daily report covers everyone.
can I track a private account?
Only if you follow them. CrushWatch sees exactly what you see — if you can see their followers, so can it.
what if Instagram changes their app?
