When you purchase CrushWatch, Stripe collects your payment details and email address. We receive your email and name from Stripe to send you the download link. We do not store your payment details.
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to notify you about new features.
CrushWatch runs entirely on your computer. We never receive, store, or have access to:
- Your Instagram credentials or login session
- The accounts you track
- Your follower/following data or reports
- Any data from your browser or computer
All Instagram data (snapshots, reports, configuration) is stored locally on your computer in a folder you choose during setup. This data never leaves your machine.
Your email address is stored in Cloudflare KV (for waitlist) and Stripe (for purchases). We do not sell, share, or transfer your email to third parties.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individual users. It collects anonymous, aggregate page view data only.
We use the following services:
- Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend for transactional email (resend.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare for hosting and analytics (cloudflare.com/privacy)
