When you purchase CrushWatch, Stripe collects your payment details and email address. We receive your email and name from Stripe to send you the download link. We do not store your payment details.
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address to notify you about new features.
CrushWatch runs entirely on your computer. We never receive, store, or have access to:
- Your Instagram credentials or login session
- The accounts you track
- Your follower/following data or reports
- Any data from your browser or computer
All Instagram data (snapshots, reports, configuration) is stored locally on your computer in a folder you choose during setup. This data never leaves your machine.
Your email address is stored in Cloudflare KV (for waitlist) and Stripe (for purchases). We do not sell, share, or transfer your email to third parties.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and how the site is used. GA4 uses cookies to count visitors, measure session length, and identify which traffic sources (e.g. social videos, search) drive engagement. The data is aggregated and we do not link it to your identity. You can opt out by using a browser-level Do Not Track setting or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We use the following services:

- Resend for transactional email (resend.com/privacy)
- Google Analytics for traffic analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
- Cloudflare for hosting (cloudflare.com/privacy)
